AIPL is having a capacity of 24000 MT per annum with the state-of-the-art fabrication facilities by using latest cutting edge technology and machinery at Mominpet on the Sadasivpet – Vikarabad state highway 60 km away from Hyderabad.
Manufacturing is the value-added process and art of metalworking that involves the building of structures by cutting, shaping, hole-making, assembling and welding of steel before they are loaded and taken to the site for their application.
Once the detailed drawings are obtained from the engineering offices, extensive steel preparation is carried out. Once the material is ready, our machines are programmed with the appropriate values for the different parameters as per the requirement and application.
Ananthagiri Industries Private Limited production facility is based on 8 acres of land near Sadashivpet, Telangana, and is equipped with state-of-the-art infrastructure. While setting new benchmarks for operational efficiencies, the plant is also amply equipped with advanced machinery such as CNC Plasma Profile Cutting Machine, H Beam Line, SAW Welding Machines, CNC Shearing machines, CNC Press Brakes, Auto Shot blasting machine, Paint booth and TIG / MIG welding machines among others.

The fabrication of pre-engineered building components is carried out in our manufacturing facility under strict quality control at every level of production and as per detailed designs created by us and approved by our customers. Our manufacturing facility also houses a testing lab for quality checks of our products at various stages of manufacturing..
